The Fauntleroy

Seattle, WA

The Fauntleroy, located in the West Seattle neighborhood, is a 52 unit multi-family development of apartments, live-work units and retail spaces.  The building is split into two masses to seamlessly blend with the scale of the neighborhood. The ground floor features resident bike parking, retail and live-work units while the roof deck offers views of downtown Seattle and the Cascade Mountains.  We worked with our good friend and architect, David Foster on this project.

Retail and live/work apartments occupy the first floor of the entire building to bring more activity to the street
