Chicago’s Red and White is a gem of a wine shop.  Already known for their great design sensibility, supporting thoughtful grape growing practices and delivering value to their customers, it was a natural progression to seize an opportunity to expand from a retail wine business to a restaurant where those wines could be enjoyed with food.  The expansion into the neighboring retail space includes a bar for cocktails, a fresh fish bar, charcuterie and retail sales.  The new space will double the size of their existing wine shop.
