The Wedgeview is a 4-unit residential building located across from the street from Tacoma’s Historic Wedge neighborhood.
The Prospect is a 3,000 square foot rental housing project in Central Tacoma, designed, developed, and built by WC STUDIO. Located in a neighborhood with a mix of single-family homes, apartment buildings, and the eclectic establishments of the Sixth Avenue business district, The Prospect endeavors to set a new standard for urban livability.
The Central District House was designed and built by WC STUDIO. Located in Seattle’s Central District, a rapidly transforming neighborhood with an established arts community, the Central District house swaps the parking area on the ground floor with an artist live-work space.
A simple reorganization of this post-war bungalow allowed the owners to expand their cramped kitchen, convert a small bedroom into an office + guest room, update their current bath and incorporate a laundry closet.
